Psychedelic Bump VIII

Well, just dosed the 20mg 2ce (well it was actually closer to 18mg but whatever) 6 minutes ago, first time ive played it smart and dosed early so i actually have a chance at sleeping tonight. Ive planned my day out so i will watch a few movies, hang out with the dogs, play the drums, lay in the sun, and whatever else comes to mind . Oh and i had 3mg Melatonin last night so the trip might be hyped up even more. Hate the taste in my throat whenever i give a small burp though.

 

why is melatonin supposed to "hype it up?" i would guess that it would lessen the effects if anything, like tolerance or something..

18 mg is a solid dose for me

Idk thats just one persons opinion and experiences, i guess ill just have to find out for myself.

 

4-aco-det was one of my first RCs. Its way more spacey,dreamy & visual than psilacetin and lasts Mich longer too. good stuff!

I can't believe you've only dosed 2ce about 340mg worth in three years! I'm sure I've done over twice that in six mos my now I see why 50mg scares you!

I will admit this though, my IBS, gastritis & GERD seem a lot more troubled when I trip on most anything lately. I still take a bevy of shit for it all but I notice it nowadays.

Two days in.a row, eh? I did a three trip stretch on M1 + 2ce twice in a row once with #3 being t2 & 2ce.....that lasted for one & a half days

 

@Voyage: Damn that venue looks amazing and I can't imagine 4 aco dmt while seeing Shpongle live, I bet those melodies were saturating you with psychedelia, good trip report! Also, Simon saying they are going to bring the full band to SF! That is something I will be on the lookout for, for sure.

ive realized something. Its not about the visuals. Well, at first i thought i was, to see something out of the ordinary, just to see pretty colors. But then ive come to realize, its about the deep thinking it got me to do, for once in my life lay down and actually THINK of the issues that bother me and the issues later in life i will have to face.

For some reason, I expect nasal to hit qucikly mainly because I'm preoccupied with my burning nasal passage and most other non psychs come on quickly snorted. With rectal I am like uncertain before the onset, I always think to myself 'Did I do this right?' 'Should I have prepped better?' etc. Then I feel it come on, possibly curse and usually grab my blankies and curl into the fetal position.

 

Honestly Ineffable Mysteries is possibly their worst album. I love it, I think it's got a solid selection of awesome tracks, so I only say that in comparison to their previous works which are !!!!!!!!

Word 2ci is a better phen for playing music on, I never can play guitar that well on 2ce.

 

Are there any drugs that promote deeper thinking like 2ce without the visuals or body load?

Well weed doesn't work like that for everyone, which is why I included the question mark. lol Do you get those deep, reflective thoughts from weed or do you just get goofy and zoned out? Probably depends on the weed, I guess.

 

Well i havent smoked it in awhile now because of probation, 8 days that will change offcourse

edit- Hmmm based upon todays experience im going to have to say melatonin seems to defientley dimished the effects, well visual ones anyway

Definitely thinking about buying some Peruvian Torch. I will probably choose to grind it with a coffee grinder and put it into gel caps..seemed to have worked for one guy on erowid..as for coping with the nausea. Now i just have to try and find a legit place to buy from..

oh and i plan on eating those mushrooms i got sometime this week (bought them fresh, had drying for a couple of days now) so who knows how potent they will even be..just hoping i can at least have a decent trip.

 

Thanks for the recommendations. I am a Shpongle newb. I still need to give the albums you have listed a good listening to. At first I wrote off Shpongle, did not like them but after listening to them more I have changed my mind. Still some songs are hit or miss for me. I wouldn't call them my few favorite band or anything but I must give credit where credit is due and they are pretty groovy.

Anyway,

Drinking 12 teaspoons of liquid hydrocodone (30mg) is really rough on the stomach. It's chock full of alcohol and burns so bad. Took 5 ativan, I don't know the dosage, and a percocet 10 because my sciatica is rampant today.
