@porkstock & GB: you guys would really recommend to someone that's never taken mdma to take a full 150mg dose the first time? Most pre-made rolls only contain about 80mg if they're legit, that's what I was basing my calculations on, that, and the fact that the fellah wants to take 4 aces with it. He said he's in his 60's, so I doubt he's gonna go to some small venue and dance the night away, then again, he could be in optimal health and do just that so what the fuck do I know... maybe he'll go to some outdoor festival, in which case I could see that, but I'm guessing he's got a set and setting in mind already so I was just giving my best guesstimation of what seems safest and the most optimal, if I were him and wanted to aceflip (how's that for a name?), I'd do it just as I suggested: 80mg mdma, an hour in, 40-50mg 4 aces, then 3 1/2 hours in the other 70mg. I don't know porkstock, it seems that you're not alone with some of those PEA sensitivities; t2 for example has really fucked my world around on just like 15mg insufflated. Occasionally, too, 2ce will fuck me up hard on smaller doses... seems maybe that at different points in time my chemicals are balanced differently, I dunno.

@porkstock (again): Glad to hear you got out and boogied, it's good to shake your tail every once in a blue moon teenage awkwardness is overrated, heh. Like GB said, was the music Rasta type stuff?

 

@cosmoknot: I absolutely reccommend 150 mgs, ecstasy pills often contain other crap to boosts effects and most ecstasy users eat 2 pills at least. As far as the club or close friends setting, those are the two settings I've found MDMA to truly shine in. I've seen people in their 60 rave before but even just a small acoustic thing is good.

I probably couldnt find 2 good friends to roll with at 25, so those are just reccommendations.

 

Good MDMA is awesome. Personally I wont take MDMA unless I'm hitting an after hours club or a concert. U wnt get the full effect if you take it and just stay home. LSD moon rock and very loud house music = effin awesome

 

@GB: Yeah, you're quite right. Most rolls unfortunately *are* adulterated with shit like bzp, tfmpp, meopp, meth, meph, m1, mdpv, caffiene, etc., etc.

I don't know, I've never seen anyone raving that was "over-the-hill" except for the old gal in the movie "Party Monster", and that doesn't really count. I would agree, however, that an open, nicely lit, musically enhanced environment plays heavily into how well a roll goes. Although, I've only attended one rave of all the times I've rolled, but I really enjoy intimate little settings listening to records and delving into deep conversation with friends on mdma or any sike for that matter. My first time taking x I only ate one roll, and it was at the aforementioned rave, and all I needed was that one. I know it was pure though, as it had been Marquis tested as such. Since though, unless it's been the crystalline mdma, I've generally taken two to four rolls at a time, so I suppose you're right to a degree that most folks roll on more than one at a time. I guess as the saying goes, take two of these...

 

I remember one psytrance party, I was surrounded by this shirtless ~60 year old hippy waving an American flag around himself like a cape to my left, and then to my right some dude in a wheelchair rolling at least twice as hard as I was. Good raves aren't very confined to the type of people you will encounter. Psytrance tends to draw an older crowd tho then alot of the electro/dubstep type parties.

 

Hey GB, would you mind posting some of your all-time fave psytrance vids on here? I am really not all that familiar with that type of music. Come to think of it, if you would, post some dubstep stuffz too. I'm a noob in either corners of the musical spectrum where those types are concerned.

P.S. That sounds like a damned fine rave if you ask me, shit man, if I ever make it down to SD, you'll hafta take me out raving!!!

 

Yah I can send you stuff later, I'm not on a pc atm. That psytrance party was in San Francisco, There is some pretty good techno and house parties down here in SD but there's not really a big psytrance scene. Occassionally there are some parties out in the desert I imagine they spin some trippy beats but I've yet to attend one of those, yah we can definitely hit up a party cosmo.

 

i recommended that he take 150 mg MDMA without any 4-aco-dmt. FOR ME, 150 mg was not difficult in any way, nor did i experience the slightest of negative effects, so i dunno why you'd want to take half of what i did..

the music was reggae mixed with rap. i like the reggae parts better

the opening band seemed like they couldn't decide their genre. they'd play jammy, psychedelic guitar riffs, then more of like screamer stuff. the covered Bulls on Parade

 

@GB: I was just thinking about how fun it would be to rave in the woods or the desert as a matter of fact; those outdoor raves sound hellza fun!

@porkstock: I was simply suggesting half since my friend took a microdot and 75mg of mdma and was totally blasted off of that and that alone; he even declined a booster dose and said that he was rolling really fuckin' hard. I suppose I was just basing it on my own subjective reality vis a vis my friend's experience that I personally witnessed. Of course, he tends to have a low tolerance for sikes in general.

holy jebus, 450ug lsd + 385mg mdma + 25mg 2ce had me SOOO incredibly fucked up that I lost all concept of time for who the hell knows how long, and though I *thought* I was fairly lucid at one point, I took a look at a text I *attempted* to send a friend, and it was just scrambled gibberish, hahaha!

lmfao!!! I failed MISERABLY at communicating anything coherent for some great length of time, but I felt utterly at peace and in a total state of bliss throughout the entirety of the flip. I did, however, end up sleeping a great deal of Sunday after I'd come down enough to do so and most of the day Monday

I am doing AMT with a friend tonight. It will be the friends first time. The friend wants to know if 5 mg of oxycodone, in form of percocet, can be taken around the same time as the AMT.

The friend's wisdom teeth were removed, but the friend stocked up on the painkillers rather than taking them when he was in minor pain.


I told the friend to just take AMT solo first, and if need be, we'll smoke some.


The friend said "okay, but I would still like to know about the mix for future reference."


So, how about it? Would it nullify the experience at all? Are there any health concerns? The friend said the percocet is a 5/325 (I think it was 325, I know the tylenol amount was only in the 300s).

E and 4 aco are both wonderful stuff. I'd echo the Porks post about going solo with mdma and 4 aco but also as he said, what do I know? Not having done mdma. If and when it comes my way I'm certain it would be solo for the first time.

I keep saying that I am going to dose some AMT yet I always end up doing something else. I think it's because it lasts so long and I am afraid that if I don't like it I will be stuck with it for hours until it goes away.

Is your amt of the FB variety? I've read that is for smoking... true?

 

Yeah, It's freebase but I am not going to smoke it whenever I do decide to do it. It will be administered rectally.

 

Ah, gotcha. I'm not much of one for smoking or plugging, I'd prob choose smoking but even being interested in amt, it might be awhile if ever before I try. Was jus curious...
