    @ pork...

Now THAT sounds right up my alley. I have a hard time leaving things up to my memory to store. I have a little notepad file to keep track of a few comments and score some of these tryps based on the 'feeling' i get for some of them from reading, in order to sort them into a prioritized list.

I could probably go for 700 mgs of this stuff if I was looking for a full on trip, I don't think that would be overwhelming in any shape or form but it would probably be a good trip too I imagine. I did not get any nausea on this trip and a 700 mgs dose of this stuff may produce some but I'm sure it's manageable, I wouldn't dose below 500 mgs if I were to do it again. Mescaline has yet to really give me a reason to be scared to dose high. I remember one trip I had a good portion of it that was pretty analytical, when it's usually more of an emotional experience but I felt it was showing me things I had to confront on that trip.

I had some pretty good music enhancement last night as well which I have not really got when taking the whole cactus, It's a different experience for sure although some of it is undeniably mescaline I know from the cacti experience. I only stayed awake ~ 3 1/2 hours after dosing but I woke up with the mescaline glow that I love where I just felt cleansed inside.

I didn't embellish my experience at all but I also think through the text it perhaps comes off sounding a bit more intense than it was. Like you said I noted a lot of subtleties, so I will emphasize that it was a light trip and some probably couldn't have picked up on some of the effects but there were some undeniable effects as well. I'd say on the lower spectrum of ++

Mdma put into the more specific categorization as empathogen/entactogen is the same as the categorization of LSD/mushrooms as Hallucinogens. The term psychedelic can be considered less specific in this example.

The term psychedelic is derived from the Greek words ψυχή (psyche, "soul") and δηλοῦν (deloun, "to manifest"), translating to "soul-manifesting". A psychedelic experience is characterized by the perception of aspects of one's mind previously unknown, or by the creative exuberance of the mind liberated from its ostensibly ordinary fetters.

Glad you woke up feeling better. Body pain sucks, especially back pain.

When I fell asleep last night my heart rate was alarmingly low and with the skip of a beat here and there along with the tunnel vision and cottony buzzy ears from wonky BP I was actually afraid I wasn't going to wake up but I really didn't care because my eyes were so heavy and the bed felt so good. I don't advise taking zanaflex with 2c-c, that was a bad idea.

Maybe it's just me, but "psychedelic" looks way more psychedelic and cool and neato and nifty in the Greek alphabet :smoking:

Very eloquent guerrilabedlam! That's excellent and rather poetic! Fantastico! I mean, that really does say it all in a nutshell and puts in such a way that I think every one of us can universally relate to the resonance of every aspect of your statement!

EDIT: Just saw that you quoted that from wikipedia, but still, it is rather poetic and it still does sum up the universality of the psychedelic experience for everyone for everything psychedelic whether it be the drugs, the music, the art, the fashions and styles, etc. (by and large with few exceptions, and no exceptions I can think of right off hand).

I've heard many people say PCP is pretty addicting and easy to get carried away with.

bump for 40g dried Peruvian Torch tea consumed almost 1/2 hr. ago... hey GB, I've never taken cacti this way before, thanks for the help, I don't know how I would've gagged down that pulp had you not told me to strain it and just drink the tea :sunny:
Say, about how long 'til it kicks in this way, I am not sure if it's placebo or not, but I think I'm starting to get the first alerts right about now, you think it's placebo (aka too soon for alerts), or with tea boiled for 2 1/2 hrs. with three lemons and some sugar to mask that horrendous taste, do you think that alerts would be starting right about now? Also, does the citric acid from the lemons actually help pull more alkaloid content out while boiling or is that just urban myth/something I heard that's bullshit? Like, are the lemons really an aid in making a stronger tea, or just flavoring? Lastly, do you think 40g is enough to have a moderate to strong trip (I know each strain is different, but I know this one I've got is pretty high in alkaloid content)?

I'm getting excited to have another beautiful mescaline experience!
