Not necessarily. For some people it is just very hard to stop when they got huge amounts of even moderately addictive substance. Like most people with N2O .... once you pop you can not stop. And some people feel like that with other drugs + you got addicted after some time and than there are not many things to stop you from doing that.

 

HGI: how the hell is K even fun for you anymore? after finishing 10 grams in 3 weeks for me, by the end of it it gave me literally NO euphoria or good effects - just dizziness, and my tolerance was absurd.
