Protest the Outrageous Price of Perscription Drugs!

We must allow the importation of canadian perscription drugs... it would save all of us 30-60% on our perscription pills... huge savings!!! paying for drugs makes so many people poor... the drug companies are price fixing and no one is saying a damn thing about it!

We must have justice!

 

Isn't the guy that owns CVS going along with the Canada thing? I thought that was classy of him, since he said the people deserved it instead of freaking out about not being able to have his bitches and nice cars like everyone else.

 

By doing that US pharms companies would loss a lot of income... You're asking for too much .

I'm happy to live in a country where the medical system is actually centered around people's health and not money.

 

Re-importation of drugs is the least desirable solutions I have ever heard of.

Why? Drugs are like any commodity sold at what the market will pay. If the companies sell to socialist countries at a reduced price it is because the country said, “this is what we will pay!”

To enter the agreement of another client would be robbery from the company. The company will void the contract with the client if it disagrees.

Example northern Europe pays $6.00+ for a gallon of gas but they don’t demand their governments re-import gas from America since ours is so cheap and theirs is so expensive. To do so would void the contract.

The free market and tax laws could help to lower prices along with competition.

Tax incentives for lower prices for those who can’t afford to pay the full price.

America has the best drug innovations system in the world! Screw around with it and it will end up like the rest of the socialist countries.

Did you know dental care is provided free to citizens in Germany? Did you know their government does not consider Novocain necessary for treatment? Don’t socialize a good thing!

So many people are going to canada already to get their perscription drugs... the FDA has been cracking down on drug companies with frivelous law suites, making the cost of them more... Everywhere outside of the united states, perscription drugs cost half as much... the drug companies have said that this is because of the cost of Research and Development (which I cant believe anyone would believe)

Perhaps they cost so much because of all the drug advertisements on television we've all been seeing...

We've also started to attempt cracking down on people who buyt heir drugs in canada, this cant happen.

But this is in the best interest of the people... I think the people against it have no idea how much people pay for drugs... I know many families who ended up making negative income over the year because of the excessive amounts of drugs they were required to take.

The drug companies only care about their profits... and they are price fixing inside the united states... which is a white collar crime... they claim that allllll the price difference is because of research and development (which doesnt make any sense at all, because they are not spending tha tmuch money on research and development)

The drug companies have tried to play off the thing by saying the drugs in canada are somehow not as safe as the ones in the united states? But that doesnt make any sense at all either... there are thousands of people using canadian pharmacies and the drugs over there are the same as the ones in the US.

Good thing the governor of wisconsin is sticking it to the drug companies, finally.

 

Yeah this is one the stupidest and most blatant lie I ever heard of "canadian drugs are not safe". WTF is that supposed to mean anyway ? The drugs are outdated ? There are toxic chemicals in it ? Their too stupid to synthesize the drug right ?

The US pharmies system is fucked up beyond belief.
