Include also soy and lentils and especially don't forget to eat it with rice or other cereals (then the body absorb/create the proteins from the aminos), and if you wanna think about get iron from the lentils (just for example) eat afterwards something with vitamin C like orange, kiwi, paprika...

Learn how to mix/combinate the food to get better profit of the same ingredients :)

LOL at people saying berries lentils and nuts

The protein to fat to carb ratio isnt even worth mentioning the protein

Eggs are pretty much pure protein and heathly fats. Eat like 10

IF you dont like eating meat for whatever reason you need to supplment with protein powder to even get close to your daily requirements. And nothing unnatural or synthetic about whey protein. It is derived from milk and is what is leftover from when they make cheese

Unless you think cheese is a big bad lab created synthetic protein source aswell then you are most likely just a pile of skin and bones

    Mod note:
Thought I'd leave this up here as a typical omni response. Obviously the animal protein makes the logic process superior.
Alas, he is banned, so he will never know how we ignore his nonsensical babble.

I don't eat meat, and I don't partake of protein powders, and my protein needs are taken care of. I am not all skin and bones, either. I'm 55, and I am solid muscle.

Hemp seed powder has about eleven grams of protein per serving, plus many other essential nutrients. And beans of all kinds have a good amount of protein, also, to say nothing of nuts.
