Bones will not be leeched by protein. Bones can be leeched by increasing the amount of blood PH+, which can happen by a large amount of protein. Most protein supplements have calcium to counteract this effect. Too much protein can also be harsh on the liver, although not if enough fluids, (water) is taken. Most people, do intake too many carbs, and not enough exercise.
