Last prom i've been to: Went in a cab that was falling apart wiht my date (on purpose, ofcourse.... to show some diversity with the limousines)... Proceeded to getting drunk and smoking ciggars...and then right after the prom, got on a bus with a mate at 2 in the mornin to travel to a carribean island backpacking... very Jack Kerouacesque.
I'm not going to Prom... it's not necessarliy because I can't find a date (which I can't, but that's not the point), but rather that I just don't give a shit about it.

A waste of money is right! It's way too expensive to go to my prom. I could buy a lot of music, books, or movies with that.
I didn't like my classmates much either but it was definitely worth going...i had a blast just watching the monkies dance!

we don't have prom here, but for grad dance...why is everyone so "needa date for grad" really, oooo, am i gonna be a loser cause i don't wanna ask anyone out...NO, im just gonna find some one to do the procession with so im not a goober... really, why do you need to take a date to these things?
