    Clearly he's getting at the NWO. But globalisation can be many things. It's not only a plan by some mighty secret organisation.
    The world is getting smaller as we humans progress and have more and more to do with what's happening in the other parts of the world. Industrially, socially, environmentally... the bonds are tightening inevitably :p It's not about oneness or domination by one ruling body. It's about humans seeing the connections and consequences of our advancing technologies and societies and act upon it. To ignore it (like act like one important nation has nothing to do with others regarding environment or industry etc. etc.) is plain irresponsible.

    Could you please define what "The New World Order Is?"

    The comment that "the world is getting smaller" is a metaphor. It's intended to convey the fact that we can travel much farther much faster than in the past, we can communicate almost instantly throughout the world, etc. Distance is no longer the factor it once was.
    Your comment that the world is becoming overcrowded illustrates this metaphor.

    Now your next comment, "Communication allows for people to be indoctrinated and other cause become more inportant to your own well being, which is selfish if you do not agree", doesn't make any sense to me. "Communication allows people to be indoctrinated...." Maybe, maybe not. "...and other cause become more inportant to your own well being, which is selfish if you do not agree." Something becomes more important to my well being and because it's more important to my well being, I'm being selfish if I don't agree it's more important to my well being? I don't understand that one.

    International powers are shifting, okay.
    Governments are crippled by "one liners?" How so? What are these one liners and how do they cripple governments?

    The purpose of admitting immigrants into our countries is called humanitarianism.

    and the apparent fear of the idea of a NWO or world government is simply an extension of the ideas of the "end times" and the anti-christ as portrayed in the Bible.

    May I point out that nowhere in the Bible does it state that such a world government is inherently a bad thing, merely that it would become the vehicle of abuse and domination by what is referred to as the Anti-Christ.
    Funny how few people realize that entire ideas genesis is straight out of the Bible, especially those who in their next paragraph will go on to rail against Christians and Christianity for their beliefs...LOL

    I don't know what goal or belief you think we all must have.
    You haven't really explained what the NWO is. How do you think it would work? What laws would it have, what goals, what benefits or ills, etc.
    You can't just proclaim some sort of world organization would necessarily be bad. Why would it be bad? Would a coordinated effort by all nations of the world to end hunger, war, poverty, pollution, disease be bad?

    Western liberal norms are what the United States was founded on. Are you against the Liberal Enlightenment?

    What's wrong with the richest nation in the world helping others? You do realize would could tend our own garden and spread seeds elsewhere if our priorities were in step with that goal.
    Do you really believe we couldn't fix New Orleans and correct domestic inadequacies if we wanted to?

    In 2017 we'll give The Republic of Zambia $417.7 million dollars in assistance, mostly for health initiatives. We give out assistance to about 100 countries world wide.

    Why is this wrong in general and specifically wrong in each instance.

    CNN is involved in two major scandals highlighted by this thread. No matter how hard you try to downplay the Russian Nothing-burger, and the doxing. A scandal is still a scandal, and it damages reputation and credibility. Now, people are more interested in mid-20th century sitcom reruns than CNN.

    Did you honestly believe Dick Cheney when he said the citizens of Iraq would greet the American military as liberators?
    Foreign aid is too faulty; it's taxed from poor people in this country and winds up in the pockets of wealthy politicians in 3rd world countries most of the time.

    Nothing Burger was Van Jones' words, not mine (TBH I can't stand that phrase). I should've put it in quotes for that reason.

    Did Trump Jr. commit treason? Did you see the video link in the OP?

    I won't deny that the Vladimir Putin preferred Trump over Clinton. But I think there's plenty of negativity about the Trump administration that his foes could go after rather than barking up this Russia tree. And you'd think for someone with a past like Trump's, they'd be able to report some real news on him.

    Visiting Lucy sounds like a good idea though :)

    CNN isn't involved in any major scandal. The Russian nothing burger turned out to be a Big Mac with Russian dressing and the doxing wasn't doxing.

    No I didn't believe Cheney, but one instance doesn't prove the argument.
    No one ever said that foreign aid is perfect, but again does that mean it should be stopped completely? As far as taxing the poor in this country there's an easy fix for that...but talk to the Republicans.
