ha, tis just wellington...but the diffrence between a night where the temp is -6 and your house has no insulation or heating (dunedin) to a night where the low is 17 and you are in your parents' insulated, carpeted, very warm house (welly) is huge.

and yeah, the humidity is a killer.

 

oh absolutely. Dunners is freezing! Haha Im going down to Central Otago (Alex) for a few weeks in a few days time....NOTHING prepares you for that shit!!!! Hahaha Im gonna die down there. Apparently they're up to early thirties already. At least its a bit drier though.

omg being at home after months of flatting... its so incredible... like... wow... my laundry magically gets done, I don't have to stress about bills, and my television has awesome reception and cable tv *sigh* life doesn't get much better.

favourite thing about noticing somthing really random in the background of a movie you have seen a fair few times (for instance, in I heart huckabees, this kid wanders around the background with a full on beard and sideburns. me and rosie cracked up..it was odd)

 

omg I just watched I Heart Huckabees the other day. I love that movie. The main guy is so hot.
