Problem, any advice?

Hunny at you age, you don't need to take that, you can quit to your manager's face. You can tell her that you came to her and the problem wasn't resovled and you need to find a better job BEFORE you quit, and you can even say- "I found a better opportunity" and your so young it won't metter. I suggest you choose a job where it's very easy to move up, like a good retial job. I worked at a reebok outlet where i would leave crying, everyday. I had a manager who sexualy harrassed me and yelled at me. I told the other manager and nothing changed. I stayed hoping somthing would change and it just kept getting worse. I walked straight across the outlet mall, applied at a better job and now i'm being payed almost double what i was. PLus, hunny Dairy Qween ain't gunna cut it for college, for gas-clothes-food, and need something where you can really show your a good worker and that you can do somthing better than a fast food. I know you've got a fire inside, you just need a job that better train you. My job in retail has opened so many more doors than when i worked with food. I'm saying, your unhappy, your manager is a dick for not sticking up for you and your better than that.
