I used less than half a M&M one or max twice per month, over a 6 month period.
It destroyed any chances this dread had of knotting
It's because of all the shit thats in it too, the inside of the dread compared to non waxed ones had a huge buildup of trapped dirt etc.

 

And DHHQ says 1 7oz jar lasts 3-6 months!!! You really would have to be caking on to get through a jar in 3 months!!! Bleughhh...

Yeah. It seems like everything would stick to the wax. I've never felt it, but it can't be pleasant. The guy in the original video even comments how crappy it feels to have it in your hair, or even touch your fingers with it.

 

its a great way to waterprrof your pillowcase and sheets though in case u wet the bed.. just imagine how much must transfer to everything you touch...ick
