cant feed every starving child and you cant give a home to everyone in the foster care system, but the children should be give a chance to live, you ARE saying that they would be better off dead so no one would have to take on the burden, you are saying okay we would rather have them aborted(but now that they are alive of course you wouldn't want to be seen saying you want to take a life) and are telling people who who are pro-life to take care of all the kids, thats the mothers job... if she doesn't want the responsibility of taking care of kids she doesn't have to spread her legs, there is really no excuse why you can't take care of your own child, get two jobs if you have to, are you also pro-shooting all the homeless people in the US? if you are against it why don't you sponser some homeless people?

and for the record I donate plently of money to charities that help single moms raise their kids.

Because I can barely get by myself. Much less provide for another.

I guess i should be killed, since my life isn't perfect. All in the name of being humane right?

I am not asking you to adopt them all, just one.

There are many government programs to assist you as well charitable organizations, ask acga5, he can point you in the right direction.

Surely you would not discriminate against some one who was taking in a child who needed a home ?

With following th Constitution, an issue like this has no business at the federal level. This issue, along with gay marriage, should be dealt with at the state level.

That takes care of the whole moral mess... (yuck!)

But... amending the Constitution has to be brought forth at the federal level. (Maybe there are some people out there who think the Constitution is just fine as it is?) And something like the rights to your own body or marriage should be federally backed up and protected. Otherwise the courts will come to the legislature and tell 'em its un-constitutional not to back them up, which is what's happening now and had happened in the past.
