I have downloaded a driver for my notebook but I cannot find the printer listed in my notebook. It said it was for Win7 32 bit os.
It's hard to help you out without all the deets but I'll assume it's a USB printer? Do you hear the USB device chime when you plug it in? In Device Manager do you see any yellow exclamation devices (unknown or problem devices)? Can you find your printer in the list? If it is flagged as a problem device do you know how to manually install drivers? Right click, update driver, brows for driver location?
