So i've been feeling this feeling of someone pushing on my nose.. like right where the cartilage and bone meet.. its more annoying than anything.. its not sore.. i've tried googling it and came up with nothing.. anyone got any ideas?
my glasses will bother that spot, and very early sinus congestion. Sleeping face down can do it, too.
massage your face and nose area you might even get a very gentle vibrator to loosen the mucus that might be causing this, you'll notice a heap of mucus will come shooting down your nose, the pain will probably go in a couple of days. stop drinking milk , try to find out what might be causing an allergic reaction.
