pressure cooker problem

    does anyone know if you can use anything else as a substitute for a pressure cooker when cultivating mushrooms?? xxx

    bwhat are these called in english man something youd cook pasta in , or boil water i just cant find .

    well your jars in like an inch of boiling water with cover on should do, but for a few hours

    place your jars in a pot with a clean cloth in the bottom to ensure the subtrate does not burn . make sure your jars are not floating and are covered, replace the lid and boil for 60 mins . but there is no need to have them boiling violently !! you dont want to break the jars . let the pot cool natrualy so the shock does not break the jars and bobs your uncle !!! hope this helps works for me !!!
