First off, I am a male. I started masturbating around 14 or 15 years old. At first I only seldom did it, then I got used to the pleasurable feeling it gave me, and I started doing it more and more. It got to the point where I would masturbate 2 or 3 times per day. I got so good at it, that I could make myself cum within minutes. The problem is now, and married. My wife and I have been married for almost 7 years with 2 children. Our sex life is not the greatest but when we do have sex, I am quick to cum. I have this suspicion that my body is "trained" to ejaculate quickly from when I did it as a teenager (15 years ago).

My question to everyone is this, are there any tips or tricks I can do to condition myself not to ejaculate so quickly? If I slow down, I can make it so I don't cum, but then I lose my erection. So its a catch 22, I either keep my erection and cum quickly or don't cum and lose my erection. Any ideas?? Thanks for the help!

Personally I have the opposite problem. Due to epilepsy meds I suffer from retarded ejaculation, which means that without masturbating I find it difficult to reach a climax. I can maintain the erection, but on it's own it takes too long for my partners to cope with.

However, being Bisexual, whenever I have Gay sex I have, on quite a few occasions broken in Gay Virgins. Acommon problem here is that they get so excited that they frequently cum long before they should. Generally, the solution I offer is that if they masurbate a couple of hours before we meet for sex, then they will be able to hold out much longer & make the whole experience more pleasurable. Those men who have followed my advice have found this to be the case. I would, therefore, imagine that the same premise would apply to Straight Sex. When you're likely to be having sex, masturbate some time beforehand. How long beforehand depends on your personal circumstances. Too soon & you might not even be able to get anywhere. Too long & it might not be of any use. You'll have to find the Goldilocks point for yourself.

Basically, too much masturbation will never cause Premature Ejaculation - Quite the opposite.

That sounds a bit like me! I disappointed my first wife by not being able to keep going without cumming. At first, I couldn't last more than a couple of minutes. That said, as I began to last longer I found that she actually could not have her orgasm just through penetrative sex and so she used to use a small vibrator on her clitoris whilst I fucked her. It may also have been that she needed a much bigger, fatter cock than I had.

It was not until I was about 50 and on my third relationship that I was able to keep going as long as she needed me to.
