Pregnancy and parents with medical conditions/disabilities

    I have always wanted to have atleast one child of my own, my wife is in her mid 40's and we both have life long medical conditions that require ongoing medical appointments and treatments. Knowing that these conditions will more than likely never decrease, is it selfish and iresponsible to try and have a baby through ivf or tubal ligation reversal
