August 21, 2006 at an allman brothers concert- i was 17 at the time- now im 18. Smoked around 20 or so times since then (not an every-day user, i like to space it out like Terrance [McKenna]suggests) Probably smoked/chewed/adored salvia more times tho. Now im tryna smoke salvia once or 2wice a month and weed once a week (tough to do especially now that i have alot of it on me)

 

i tried it a couple of times when i was pretty young, but i started getting more into it at 17...

 

I became a regular smoker when I was 16 almost 17. The first time I ever smoked pot I was a mere 9. I didn't even get high, just real tired. lol

I started smoking when I was 18 years old. That was 39 years ago. "What a long strange trip it's been." Peace.

 

I got high for the first time when I was 17 (though I have smoked pot before that, I never got high). And DAMN!.......I will never forget that first (and second) time I got high!

how do you all remember the exact date you started smoking? the first time i smoked i was 13 but i didnt smoke again till i was 14 and i got REALLY really baked, but i didnt really blaze again till i was 15 when i started smoking regularly.

 

i was 14.. i started heavily smoking later that year.. i was still 14 i believe

 

Im 21 now an i first smoked a bong when i was like 13 i think....

why dont you make the age ranges by 2 intervals?

i meant if your doing this study why dont you just have the ages by two intervals since that would better grasp the reason of what age is most common or what not. a lot of things can happen from 12-16 and wouldnt be as specific as 14-16.

 

I smoked my first bowl about a month before I turned 14. It didn't get me high, I think I did it wrong.

 

The first time I tried I was 15. But I didn't actually get high until four months later by which time I had turned 16.

 

I was 15 years old. I had a tobaco cig with oil on the paper. I've been an on and off pot smoker until today. Longest period without = 9 months (crazy, I know!)
