    An internet forum is no place for good statistical data, especially for presentations or research papers. It's not credible or representative of the general population at all. You'll get your legs shot out from under you by anyone who's knowledgeable in statistics.

    If you want good statistics, check the anti-drug sites. You have to wade though a lot of bullshit to reach stuff thats actually true, but I think most have solid information on the % of kids first smoking at X age.

    i started smoking marijuana during the summer between 6th and 7th grade, i was 12 or 13 i believe.

    Well I'd damn sure pass ya one over right now if i could..:)

    I was 14 when I tried it first. I remember being scared to death..lol I didn't smoke regularly until around age 17 i guess.

    i was 15. had a good experience and am now very open minded to all drugs and do not believe what i hear in drugs education classes.

    I was 12, holy crap that's 29 years ago! I've been pretty much a chronic user since, and it hasn't held me back any like the media would like you to believe.

    I tried it at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Thurs. Feb. 3rd 2005 when I was 13..........wow i haven't been smoking very long feels like AGES

    i tried counting how many times once....

    i came up with 25 different places that i could remember smoking pot, but that was about a year ago.

    it's probably doubled since then.
