Also, take Hpnotiq's advice and watch Waking Life, it is the most intellectual, fantasma-fucking-gorical life changing movie i've ever seen!!

 

Never knew there was a movie, I'll have to see if I can find it. 'Da Ali G Show' is on HBO -- Soooo hilarious. I think he has 2 seasons on HBO in the states.


Its not really a pot show but the character Ali G is gangsta style and has a few funny drug type interviews.

 

yeah, oi i just watched donnie darko today (i'm copying it as i type this lol) and after you finished watching it, it just leaves your mind so bre-zizzled (not a word, i know) that u feel like ur stoned, so give it a go!! Full on!!

 

Yeah i know what your talkin about like when the bubble pops up next to 1 guys head then it does that "doo doo doo Marijuana Affects The Memory" lol but i see it as their way of taking all the anti-weed stuff and takin the piss out of it for example, I once heard somewhere weed has been known to make someone go suddenly psychotic and kill someone (obviously a government lie) then the dude goes to the shop for munchies and accidently kills the horse by doin what he thinks is bein kind to the horse but he doesnt know that the horse was diabetic. what i got from that is that if someone who smokes weed killed someone it would be purely accidental bein that ppl are less aggressive on weed some more stupid but hey thats the fun of weed.

Reefer Madness. It's the original pothead movie. Anti pot propaganda from the 1930's. It's insane.


Also, it's not drug related, but "True Stories" by David Byrn (Talking Heads) is an amzing movie to watch when you're stoned.

And of course, Formula 51 is a classic.

 

my dad used to make me watch that when i was a kid. he's obsessed with pink floyd. really had an impact on how i grew up.

 

Easy rider, that's the only one I'll name(there are more duh) but I love the scene when Jack's character is nervous about taking a hit!

I'll just keep on plugging "After Hours". I think I'm the only one who's seen it. It does have Cheech and Chong in it, too. Funny movie.

Has anybody ever heard of this, or am i the first person in the us to have seen it? Its just as good as Dazed and confused in my opinion. Its great. Its hard to explain, but its kinda about a pig, a real estate salesman/coke dealer, and a pot dealer.

And dont forget super troopers. Thats a good one.

 

Watch natural born killers ,that will kick your ass,the way the movie is made is all psychedelic.I saw the last 30 minutes of Resident Evil last week after eating 2 1/2 grams of ecuadorian weed,that was a mindfuck!

Super Troopers is amazing when yur high, its alot funnier the second time when u get everything. Van Wilder is a good one.

POOTIE TANG!! POOTIE TANG - POOTIE TANG!! It's hil-fuckin-ariuos. It's like a whole 'nother level of movie making, the funniest thing Chris Rock's done other than the 2 stand-up specials. I'm Dirty Dee, damnit!

If you want a mind fuck, watch "Akira." Hyped out shit.

I've gotta give props to Waking Life too, it's amazing. Just maked sure your high and alert, not super baked, u really gotta be in the mood to think. Btw i lucid dream sumtimes too, its fun, just gotta try to do sumthing other than fuck everything in sight.

If you really thought, for a second, that Half Baked was anti-weed, then you simply don't smoke enuff weed (or maybe you dont smoke too much weed?) You're not a real stoner until you can laugh at yurself for how fuckin ree-donk-ulus stoners can be.

 

Great suggestions so far. The Butterfly effect is without a doubt, a fucking rollercoaster. Fear and loathing is a movie that should be seen on acid or X. Big Lebowski is by far a cult classic.
Half baked is by no mean a anti drug movie for the sheer fact that almost 75% of the actors in that movie are full blown potheads. Now why would they partake in something degrading to what they love. If anything is anti drug it would have to be Reqiuem for a dream, because of the negative effects on drug use.

If you've never seen Super Troopers... the first 10 mins will have you on your ass.
Since a lot of good films have been named already, I'll add some that havent been mentioned yet.

If you've never seen it, The last Samuraiis a great movie to watch blown. Its a long one though, so i suggest taking breaks and having a few sessions throughout the movie. Theres just so much great action and violence.
I'd also suggest Fast Time at Ridgemont High. Its just a overall hilarious movie.
For any of you surfer fans out there, get yourself in front of a big TV, take a few bong rips, and put on Step into Liquid. A must see for any surfing fan.

Dawn Of the Dead.... just watch the first 10 mins , scary as fuck.

The Ring... If you havent seen it, you need to.

Platoon.... its about vietnam, all they did was toke up. Disturbing and violent, I recommend.

Kill Bill 1 + 2 are both great high. Especially 1 tho.

And Pulp Fiction, the music alone will set you off even if you've already seen it too many times.

The Lord of the Ring trilogy is pretty good high, u get into it, a long movie for a night with nothing to do.

Clerks and Mallrats are perfect when blazed.

Rent "American Pimp". Just do it.

Platoon's a good movie, but if you wanna see a great Vietnam movie toasted, there are only 2 choices: Apocalypse Now Redux and Full Metal Jacket. ANR is just fuckin amazing. FMJ is a total sick mindfuck, as are all of Kubricks movies on weed.

Of course Clockwork Orange is another great movie while blazed, tho 2001: Space Odyssey is better if you have a big TV and are rrreeeeaaaalllllyyyyy stoned, like time warp stoned.

If your a Beatles fan, see Hard Day's Night, i don't know if its good stoned, its hard to understand the accents sumtimes but its a fuckin great movie.

And if you haven't done Wizard of Oz to Dark Side of the Moon yet, GO DO IT NOW!! Search it on Google and get good instructions. If you mute the movie, time it perfectly and get silly blazed, it will be one of the most mind-blowing musical experiences of your life. Years later u'll be wondering "How did they do that?" "How fuckin brilliant is Pink Floyd?"

I really can't believe no ones said the Matrix yet. I've seen that movie stoned so many damn times i dont ever wanna see it again (that and cuz the 3rd one SUCKED)

Ah fuck it i'm gonna quit, everythings good high. I've watched and enjoyed entire summer's worth of shitty summer movies on weed. One movie thats bad on weed: The Bourne Identity. A cool movie, but when i was blazed it just seemed boring and repetitive. Anyone notice that too?
