I bet this will prompt a level of agitation rarely seen in stoners when they choose their $45 Beyond Blue Dream buds and it gets stuck in the machine.
Go to the vending machine with a 4x4 will be the norm.. If money machines get stolen, the weed machines sure will.. I just know you Americans will get them.. UK just about has sweet and condom machines, and the latter is hidden in toilets! I like your wine machines!
[sharedmedia=gallery:images:155360] From my youth...35 cents got you a cold beer on a hot tropical island day. Why not some Blue Dream or a medicated lollipop?
I'm in Seattle where you can buy it for recreational purposes and have two shops within half a mile. Its also the headquarters for Amazon, which is right across the street and has a fleet of drones that will deliver to your doorstep in under an hour. However, I order the couch potato replicator, teleporter, and time machine over an hour ago....
I would kind of miss the face to face interaction of a bud tender. Like taking a sniff of each jar, chatting a bit about what is good. I assume the machine will also need to scan an ID or something like that to make sure the buyer is old enough.
They check your id at the door, but pot stores are like the new frontier that can put the busiest liquor store to shame. I'm sure they added the vending machines for things like the lunch time crush when people don't want to wait in line. You have to be careful to make sure they give you correct change and not just chat them up too.
I have to say I would have trust issues. There is potential for a variety of issues, really. 1. Stolen machine, or people breaking into the machine. 2. Stuff getting stuck in the machine, dispensing lower than expected-quality of merchandise. Etc. I don't know.. I guess I'm just used to being delivered to. That's a pain as well though because you have to stay put while you wait an hour or two for the delivery to get there. As far as dispensaries go, though I think this will probably change here in California where it will soon be legal-er, I never cared much for the feel of them.
I could reach up the Coke machine at school and take a can of Coke from the bottom rails if there were any there. It was one where you couldn't see either so you had to reach in, use your wrist nub to hold the flap thing open and then reach around.
we just shook our machine...instant soda. lol until the teacher saw it happen. used to do it at work too. works for chips and candy bars too.
So... Why don't I see any of these pot vending machines around here? Oh yeah... Pot is not fucking legal.
