Poster artist, and human extraordinaire, Michael Everett has passed

I’m heart broken.

I’ve known Michael for almost 30 years, and his ascending this plane leaves a large hole.

He did the screen print design for this shirt, his first poster design for SCI. (Dye framing is by my exhusband, Tie Dye Paul.)

Eventually, Scramble Campbell got Michael to paint live with him, and that drug Paul and I into it, as well. A blessing I revel in.

Michael Everett did the last Grateful Dead posters- like the Red Turtle, several of the post Dead ones, and connected with festivals and other bands. Panic, SCI, Phil and Friends.
