i have a soundcloud at UNiDEF i think that link works, i learned how to play from a heroin addict in a rehab in la, looked like seth green, miss him, and la sucks
Cool! I’m glad somebody liked that! I just recorded this about an hour ago. This is more dance type but umm it’s genre fluid? Kind of drum and bass with a bit of old type 4 beat hardcore....with a bit of breakbeat.
An oldie but a golden one. Louie Louie by The Kingsmen, its one record that has so many covers by top artists that goes on and on, and I have a copy from the 60's, but according to the film Coupe De ville its a humping song?
Prolific performer..... Shameless self promotion! another ditty. This time it’s more like house music. Hope you like it! It was a live performance recorded last Saturday morning.
The keyboard was a Yamaha PortaSound PSS-270. Run through various delay pedals, I think I was using a BOSS RPS-10 quite a bit. And the amp was a Kustom "Hustler" which had some funky features I might have been playing with. Might have been recorded on a phone haha. Thanks for checking it out!
I record using an iPhone too...... hopefully I’ll stop building the synth and get some decent after synth kit..... Monitors and a mixer would be a great start! Im a fan of delay. Favourite fx by a mile! so you’re a keyboard player I assume? what’s your music? I mean, who are you into? Apart from ALF!
Interestingly, Ableton actually boasts a feature that will export straight to SoundCloud; which one could obviously then link us to... I don't have Ableton recordings to share. I'm just pointing it out. I did play something cool the other day. I was in guitar center and they had one of those amps that has a million presets. A lot of them were presets of modeling distortion from a certain song, so the preset was named after a song... But besides those presets, I found an auto-wah that I thought was really cool. and I played some cool sounds with that! It was dope. I have an ex-friend who has a YouTube channel. I suppose I could post some of his stuff, but I won't for his anonymity sake. Kudos to those of you that have recordings! Music is the coolest thing!
