okay buddy, when your makin a post scroll down a little furthur, look for a gray button called "My attatchments" and click that sucker, then just find the file on your computer.

for gallery, go to someones gallery then one of the links at the top should be "My Gallery" and "Upload photos" go to one of those(i forget which comes first) and just play around with it till it worx

Use the galleries and upload a photograph. Even a 4 year old can do that.
