    BBad, it's possible to add more definitions to the list so other website videos can be embedded.

    If you ppl would provide me a list of the sites that you like that enable video sharing, list them here and I'll try to add definitions for them. :)

    Oh, should have seen this first, I just posted a thread in the Support Forum about this.

    For some reason it is not working for me. I keep trying to post YouTube videos, and the only thing that appears is the URL, and not the actual video.

    I've tried just including the link in the text box, and also tried using the globe/link button at the top. Neither way seems to post the video. Is this because I'm new here?

    Yeah, that's what I thought. That's why I was wondering maybe it was down to being new.

    There it's working. You need to check the box off where it says "allow embeded media" or such under your post text box.

    Skip, I might be being a total nimrod; but I don't see anything that says "allow embeded media". I only see "automatically parse links in text" and "disable smilies in text".

    I was going to post saying thank you with another vid to try it out; but again it's coming up with just the URL. If you don't mind guiding me to where the box is that I need to make sure is 'tick' I'd appreciate it a lot. :prettyplease:

    youtube videos give you a direct url to the video, not just a url to the youtube webpage, if you can get a direct link from any site it should work right
