This is on the wall next to my monitor and it can always make me pause and smile. :mickey:

I'm on ignore list too but occasionally she responds to me too. I happen to know she reads the posts by people on her ignore list and just likes to have people on ignore so she can tell them and the whole forum about putting them there. :2thumbsup:

ANYWAYS....
Things that make me happy (I need to think happy thoughts today as...just as I was getting over first trimester morning (all day) sickness and extreme exhaustion, I have now ended up w a miserable cold.
So...
My 3 year old waking me up this morning by saying "I love you, Mommy!!!" makes me smile and makes me happy.

Accomplishing things that are important to me make me happy... yes, this is a vague one and can mean many different things at different times. But recently I have accomplished some pretty important things and feel happy about it all.

It makes me happy when I'm dreading doing something...and procrastinating... to finally just do it and get it over with. I love the feeling you get afterwards-feeling a huge weight be lifted off of you.

For some reason it makes me (a bit too) happy to have counted my change yesterday and realized I had saved up $27 (in silver coins).

Thinking about our trip to the beach in June and how it's really not that far off from now makes me happy.

AND I will be happy I know when, next Monday, I finally have an ultrasound and get to see the new baby.

And it makes me happy when I get mail from my best friend, Allie.

 

Correction .. he apparently responded to me. I see it but I'm not reading it. I saw the headline: Post Something That Makes You Smile

and it was worth checking it out, cuz I like smiles.

 

Gah, you are so dramatic. No one cares who's on your ignore list. Kinda defeats the purpose of having one/using it.

My kids make me smile. My dog and budgie make me smile as well.

Smiling is actually something I tend to do a lot. Life is pretty darn good!

 

My wonderful, amazing girlfriend, my kind and optimistic mother, Bob Marley's music, my cat who has like 9 names, good jokes, Cyndi Lauper, Fidel Castro.
