I had to have a couple of operations on my cock. Urinary infection. Fixed now. Now I'm afraid I' never be sucked off again. The wife won't now, and that's all she would do for many years. It has a bigger opening under the tip, and it would feel a little rougher in someone's mouth. It works fine now but is this a no deal for anyone? Having sex would be much the same but there's none of that now.

    Ouch that is terrible...

Sorry about your surgery. Have you discussed this with the doctors?

It's skin and tissue. How rough could that be? A tongue is pretty rough and that's a pretty agreeable texture. Maybe she's afraid of breaking it? Show her that it can take a bit of a workout.

Yes that's what I'm thinking. She's not into sex now so it may also be an excuse.

I was just a bit nervous that a bi mate wouldn't like to suck it. Still, I'm sure I'm not the only one with something odd. It can take more of a pounding now than before.

Yes. This was the best they could do. They think at 68 I'd be over sex anyway. That was the implication put a little more tactfully.

Yes/ It was just necessary at the time. The wife is slooowwwly getting used to it but her losing interest in sex is another problem.

That attitude about age and sex irritates me to no end. I got the sense that my urologist thought the same when I told her I wanted to select a prostate cancer treatment that would allow me to continue to be sexually active at age 74. She rolled her eyes. After that I got snarky and educated everyone involved in my appointments with her how well I was getting along sexually during and after treatment. Educated them on male multiple orgasms.

Yes I haven't written myself off but some in the medical profession treat the idea of sex at my age as a bit of wishful thinking.

Wow, my doctor wants me to be able to continue to have sex. We have discussed some issues over the years and he has always been positive about me continuing to be sexually active. Made sure that not just my sex parts are in great working order but my whole body is. Other specialists I see are the same way. I am blessed to have found such a sex positive medical team I can turn to for solutions. Keep searching for sex positive medical providers. They are out there and want you to be able to enjoy life and all that there is.

Yes the urologist discretely asked, You're Married? How are things going? I said nil, none. But it's due to her zero libido, (less than zero)

Not too bad now. It's settled down and looks open but smoother after a year or so. Still nobody has examined it closely. Damn. I suppose I was just lacking confidence.

You originally posted that the surgery opened your cock under the tip. I think what was done is called a meatotomy. There's several advantage to having this done. One is having a better piss flow. That wards off those pesky UTI's. Another, depending on the length of the incision, is increased sensitivity. My meatotomy runs from the tip down past the corona. I have noticed I am more sensitive with this extension than before. Also, if you sound your cock a meatotomy opens the urethra for larger sounds. Once healed you should have a better functioning cock. Now all you have to do is find someone who will play with it.
