You originally posted that the surgery opened your cock under the tip. I think what was done is called a meatotomy. There's several advantage to having this done. One is having a better piss flow. That wards off those pesky UTI's. Another, depending on the length of the incision, is increased sensitivity. My meatotomy runs from the tip down past the corona.
