I was in a plane and took a pic of the Florida West Coast and all I got was a Circuit Board.

Yes I put on a bit of weight over the holiday ( 1 Kilo ) so its kind of a guilt thing not piling the plates up
TBH apart from a little butter on the jacket spud it was probably one of my healthier efforts

there is a little icon in the header of the reply box....if there is no links visible just click the upper left icon and the rest will appear....one looks like a tiny postcard icon..it is the photo icon.....click it and put in the url of the pic you are posting


or

click at bottom under reply box where it says add attachments...then click browse and ir will bring up the pics on your own pc or device....choose the pic by clicking open...then ''attach this file''.....voila
