I tried big leaves to protect me at least a little bit from rain on hikes. I guess I looked like a wood gnome .

It is quite common in Centro America. I learned in rural Costa Rica to use a couple of banana leaves as an impromptu umbrella.

Hello,

I used big leaves with a round shape and the stem centred in the middle. I guess I looked like a bigger version of a tele tubbie with that thing on my head .

Did you know that with brain injury you can have one eye dilated?




You can also have one pupil dilated when the eye doc puts stuff in it - which is my case today.

BTW, last month on the first exam he dilated both but today just dilated the suspect eye. I wish he had done both today. It is worse with blurred vision in the one eye than in both.
