Thanks, Maelstrom. In truth, that wretched Chia Pet is starting to grow on me. Water is cheap. And sunlight is free. And Chia's always waiting for me when I come home. A perfect little pet. I really should be more grateful.

One can only be so grateful, until the lonliness in bed overwhelmes you.

 

I like solitude. I actually felt more overwhelmed during my youth: Too many bars and beds, etc. There wasn't much time to think and write about life -- now I have all the time in the world. Being alone (for some) can be a good thing. :sunny:

lol, Well, if all goes okay with my layoff and unemployment, then I will probably buy myself a head unit (not that one, a cheaper one) with part of my tax return. And the red ring of death was actually a "gift" from my brother who bought himself a new XBox and gave the broken one to my computer-nerd fiance.
