I have a property. It's not big, but there is a stick built house on it that is quite nice. It's in a small town, about 5 minutes from the next town with a store, and about 40 minutes from the county seat that also has a college in it. The laws are fairly moderate, nothing extreme. Only problem is no 420 allowed. So I'm thinking of getting it set up for a few roomies or so. I'm going to college 3 hours away, so for now I'm usually not there but for a couple days every couple months or so, not counting Christmas or spring break or summer break. So I'm open to ideas on this. (I may not respond right away because of finals, but I'll try to keep an eye on this subject.)
