    Yes. A California father of a 2-year-old girl was actually arrested and charged with possession of child pornography after he had photos he took of his daughter playing nude on the beach to a photo-development lab. The lab owner called the cops.

    Ridiculous! Getting busted for taking photos of your own 2-year-old daughter playing nude ON THE BEACH!

    After a huge public outcry after the father's arrest became front-page news, the charges against him were dropped.
