Well, the reality is most girls that get in the biz do so because they have little to no education and are desperate for money. So it shouldn't be at all that surprising when you learn of some of these outcomes. It's not like they have "player associations" like in the NFL and NBA to teach them how to be smart and manage their careers and money properly .

I certainly say you're right that a good portion or decent distributed porn is done by the collage ladies. But I've certainly come across porn that had desperate ghetto trash or scarily stoned beyond consent people in it. You guys seem to act like it doesn't exist or it doesn't matter.

The industry is getting better. Day by day. Safer and more empowering for the actors. It's awesome. But industries and communities don't stop growing and bettering themselves. And sweeping some of the shadier parts of the industry under the carpet because the majority of everything is on the up and up seems like a disservice to helping the industry be the best it can be.

I mean, I get why y'all get on the defence about it. You get tired of hearing the same old, uninformed arguments but I guess I sorta see it like I see evangelical pot-heads who thinks pot is perfect for everybody will not ever admit that some people have bad experiences on it. It sort of shows a bias, when you can't admit to the crap and it makes people distrust the other things you may be saying on the topic.

For porn stars that's usually other porn stars and other people that are around the sex industry. I'm giving you the reality. Of course not all girls that get involved in the sex biz have bad outcomes. In fact, the majority of them end up just fine. I'm simply explaining why you shouldn't be surprised when the negative shit happens.
