Which sucks, because otherwise I think he's a good pontiff... But what does that even mean when you're actively covering up this sort of thing?

I don't understand why these men aren't being brought to trial, and prosecuted. The RCC isn't above the law.

 

Reading about this today and he is staying silent. He needs to step down. And so does Cardinal Wuerhl.

 

JP2 labored his entire papacy to enact a new evangelization... And guys like Benedict and Francis are undoing it. Children are being hurt. Absolutely shameful.

 

And now he’s staying silent. How can these men officiate mass knowing what they did? I will say this, God won’t be mocked and these two as others, God help them. We are all “sinners” but to just continue to not confess this? They shouldn’t be leading the Church.
