Does anyone know of any pop-up blockers that can be found on the internet that blocks pop-ups before they come up?

check out Firefox Mozilla, Opera. It's a whole different browser. But once i started using firefox instead of IE, i got alot less spyware and adware. It takes some getting used to, but it blocks pop-ups, and other things. Get a good, free firewall, and your computer will run great.

Like Chris L said... get Firefox. It's a much better browser than Internet Explorer. It blocks pop ups. It will also block certain images from loading on a site, such as banners. It also doesn't use ActiveX controls which is what most sites use to install spyware onto your system through Internet Explorer.

    Ahh... Mozilla/FireFox.

It has a pretty airtight pop-up blocker. Plus, once you've experienced tabbed browsing, you will never want to use IE again. :D

I use IE at home to browse a few different sites. Some just don't seem to want to show up properly in Moz or Firefox.

IE is always my last resort, though. Sooo frustrating when I have to use it in a public lab.

What kind of copy and paste problems are you talking about? I've never had any issues.

Mozilla works pretty dandy, But I gotta disagree with Artful on using the Tabs. I still like having multiple mozilla windows up, that way i can hit ALT+Tab and switch between them. Unless there's a hot key for mozilla that does the same thing for tabs that i dont know of
