DnB is by far the most versitile genre and is amazing if you need to dance like a nutter.
Psy trance is amazing for getting lost in completely.

earlier i used to be somewhat of a drum'n'bass "head", now i've become a lil more selective...but there are still some fucking great artists around (only mentioning...the one and only...the incredible..... JOHN B!!!!)

and now the free tek scene is becoming my new obsession

I voted progressive house - but I really like psi-trance as well :sunglasse

 

I like almost every form of electronic music expect thoose childish "euro" & poppy styles, but I won't listen something just because it's so called "underground". What I really hate is, when someone acts as a snobby idiot, just because he made a track with 500bpm, or with more repetative building. (I'm sure you will figure out what I'm talking about) Todays I'm mostly listen to goa/psy, industrial, some other trancy stuffs, and a little techno, dnb, electroclash, ambient, whatever.

When i am just listening i will listen to mostly trance but when i am djing i play more prog. house with trance mixed in to it.My favorite artist is BT, but his style has changed for the past few years, i like his older works like Flaming June and Godspeed. I grew up outside DC and alot of good groups come out of there like Deep Dish, Theviery Corporation, BT, and DJs like Charles Feelgood and Scott Henry. I miss being in DC sometimes.

I just bought "Lewd" and "Somersault Industries" by Beat Bizarre, two of the best trance records I have ever heard.

 

Why did this suddenly appear at the top of my subscribe list I posted this 1 month ago! Is it because someone is editing their post?

 

I like everything.. but if I had to pick... psytrance, drum & bass, and sometimes house.. but I can't stand eurodance at all

 

I absolutely love psytrance.
