There seems to be enough people who will go crying to the powers that be without the need of some babysitter. I dont even know you, so my opinion is based on other issues.

 

if by "mod cirrhosis" you mean "modify him to be more manly" then yes.

I don't like the idea of spamming. What may seem like idiocy to one person may seem like a newfound epiphany to someone else. Spamming in that nature is hard to call.

 

You can have a revelation without posting about it five thousand times.

That is possible, you know.

Spamming has nothing to do with what is being posted; it's about how many times a person posts.

Making stupid, simple posts just to up your post count is spamming. Making stupid, simple posts because that's the way you think is just unfortunate, but we have to deal with it because, in this day and age, you can't leave the retarded behind when the herd moves on.

 

maybe some people just like to talk about anything and everything. There is always the "ignore" option if you don't want to read someone's posts because of a silly reason like that. Personally, if people want to talk about inane, ridiculous things, I say it's fine, even though I am not a mod. It's called "freedom of speech" and it's in Random Thoughts to boot.

Spamming has nothing to do with the intelligence of the post or the poster. It's about quantity. Making several posts or threads with no point, not necessarily with no intelligent point, but with NO POINT is spamming.

Here, to give you an example I will now spam RT.

I don't like the insinuation about me not being able to understand English, as I am very capable of reading and am indeed a literate American. And I believe you are missing my point as well: freedom of speech. besides, not many people do that, and when they do, it's usually one random thought after another. Ironic, when you consider it's in Random Thoughts....hmmm.... Anyway, not meaning this to sound in an unfriendly tone, but I am also not one to sit back and take cuts at my integrity.
