Police Kill Naked Man Eating Another Naked Man's Face

I think the government did a testing on him for a special medicine or just for an experiment and it went bad & therefore , he did too >.<

Ya, all us "men" just love eating faces offa people. It took over OxyContin eh? Nobody can snort or poke the new jello so eating folk's faces is the new "Hillbilly Heroin" eh? My, what a nice face you have. Anyone having Dr. Hannibal Lecter over for a Swine & Sleaze? A marinated face with a nice Chianti...Sussssssh. Let me off this planet right here please.

 

Actually, the guy in Miami was not a cannibal - they found no human flesh in his stomach on autopsy. He was just attacking the guy and chewing off his face.

If you will recall that woman who was attacked by a chimpanzee had her whole face destroyed. It was pointed out that this is a common method of chimp attack and it was not the first time someone lost their face to a chimp like that. So, yes, it looks like it is an attack trait going back to a less evolved common ancestor.

The Japanese ate captured Allied Soldiers on the Pacific Islands during WWII. Actually torturing them by cutting off pieces of flesh while they were alive.

 

Not to say I disagree with the attack trait going back...BUT...so was the man chewing the man's face off and spitting it out? What happened with that?

I also don't think the part of the man LYING PASSIVELY LETTING HIS FACE GET EATEN OFF has been really addressed. What happened there?!

If I got naked with a buddy and he/she started eating my face, I KNOW I would not just lay there and LET them do it! :mickey:

 

Pieces of flesh were found in the attackers teeth. I don't know about the rest.

The men were not buddies. The victim was homeless and asleep under the overpass, or similar structure, when he was attacked. First he was beaten so violently that a bus driver passing phoned 911 and told them she was sure the man was going to die from the beating. The victim was not naked until the attacker pulled his pants off. He still had clothing on his upper body when police shot and killed his attacker.

 

OK - this feels like a great big duh for me.

(But I'm still wondering what happened to the man's flesh...not that it is a big deal...seems the attacker must have spit it out, whatever wasn't in his teeth, huh.)
I honestly feel for the cop called to this horrid scene. Had there been flesh parts around the scene, that would have been the very last thing I'd have worried about reporting - to the public, anyway.

The face chewing nutcase did it on his own. The tox results came in today and the only drug in his system was Cannabis.

So, Miami commission just last week outlawed bath salts as a knee jerk reaction. I use the word jerk for the commissioners that could not wait one more week to find out what drugs the guy was on before passing a law in the blind.

Now the scary part. Is there going to be a renewed crackdown on grass - even tho out of the millions of ppl who smoke it only one happened to be a notorious nutcase? Who knows what these elected asswipes will come up with next? They outlawed bath salts on a misinformed hunch.

Some nerd talking head covering this story on the news yesterday opened with a comment like "There was a drug found in Eugene Russel - Marijuana..."

And, what is this 'expert' talking about?
"People don't really know what the amount of either is in each little packet of marijuana,"

As I recall from 40 years ago, we didn't eat a little packet of marijuana (unless you got someone to cook you brownies) we took some out of the baggie and rolled it into a joint or put some in a pipe or bong. Then we passed it around, so there was no measured 'amount' of anything.

IDK if we were smoking sativa or indica - some was more effective than others and some actually did knock me out, some increased my paranoia. Always attributed it to where my head & body were at instead of the grass.

No, never discount that some ppl will now make more of a push against grass from this bizarre incident.

I'm curious if they know his whole psych history - what drugs like lithium should have been in his system but wasn't. I worked on an accute psych unit and the cops would often bring in ppl who would strip down and be stark raving loony. Then when the lithium level got back up they were normal again - but they would go off their meds when released and be brot back in.

"The department has also sought the assistance of an outside forensic toxicology reference laboratory, which has confirmed the absence of 'bath salts,' synthetic marijuana and LSD," the statement said.

 

it says that sativa decreases pain threshold, but doesn't indica help much more with pain? does for me.

I think this story is a great example of just how low the bar is held for investigative journalism in this country.

in all the articles i've read:

There is no mention of the unidentified pills in his stomach.

no mention of previous psych history.

leading readers to conclude that cannabis of all drugs could have possibly caused this...bullshit.

and before his toxicology report was released, no mention of the fact that the toxicology report had not been released and therefore the conclusion that bathsalts were responsible is pure conjecture!

do these toxicology reports even check for drugs like scopalmine?
