Police have come to my door

i really don't think people who create tyranny by being inconsiderate, have any room to whine, when the tyranny they create by doing so, turns around and bites them on the ass.
and it really is people being inconsiderate that creates tyranny, whether its a few in positions of power who refuse to look beyond what they consider their personal interests,
or a culture of a very large majority of people doing so.

and robbing people, of thinking their own thoughts, by imposing your own favorite sounds on them, is seriously no different then robbing them of material or spiritual things of value.

it is a serious crime that ought to be recognized for the serious felony that it is, and not just a slap on the wrist and no big deal, because it really is a big deal. its the biggest big deal that there is.

even rape or murder.

sorry if it makes anyone feel bad for me to say so, but inconsiderateness really is where tyranny comes from and really even is, the tyranny itself.

 

It was only 9 pm when they first came.

 

time of day is of absolutely no pertenance. people are not morally or othewise obliged to keep the same hours.
and some do have legitimate employment at odd hours and thus require sleep at times it may never have occured to others to realize or expect.

sorry but you don't have a free country if you try to force everyone to sleep, eat and work at the same times of day or days of the week.

If police comes at such an early 9 pm, then it means they will at any time of day.

Why?

 

I dont know about usa but in Turkey, police need to have prosecutorial warrant to open a lock dock. This is not up to a couple of police officers. That right is not given to them.

And loud music is a very stupid reason for a couple of angry police officer to have the right given by a. prosecutor to break in my locked door.

Not sure about usa but in Turkey without a prosecutor's word, a couple of police officers can't do shit about it. That is called laws.

They need "probably cause".

 

No police can break in a locked door of anybody without prosecutorial warrant unless you live in a banana republic.

Police shouting at you doesnt mean shit if they dont have prosecutorial warrant. They can be as angry as possible. That wont make them super human beings who can do things by themselves such as breaking in people's locked doors.

They need to have prosecutorial warrant. There are laws.

And this prosecutorial warran won't be given to them for simple issues such as listening to music loud.

So they can break in no locked door just because they want to.

No prosecutorial warrant means no breaking in locked doors of human beings.

This is not up to simple police officers.
