as a kid it was small action figures or legos.. then it turned to pogs then it followed the yoyo in early middle school followed by the hackie sack in highschool then we graduated and everyone either got pregnant, killed, married to lose their virginity.. sadly, or got into drugs.
That's the most amazing life story I've ever read in my entire life lol. I still play hackie sack sometimes..... :leaving:
We need a modern rendition of the old Milton-Bradley The Game Of Life that plays out like what you just described. The cars on the board game would fill up with people, then marriage and kids, then they all do drugs, then there are horrific car crashes, funerals, and everyone is dead at the end of the game of life.
I had a BOSS pog collection. Like thousands. Maybe 50 slammers. Do you remember the spinner slammers? They would have a little nipple in the center, so you could spin them on hard surfaces like a top. I had several that had cool pictures that would create images while spinning. One of them that I remember in particular had a bunch of glittery swirls when stationary, but while spinning showed an image of a skull.
I totally forgot about the spinner slammers! Now I want to go buy pogs on ebay.... that's not strange at all.

I cant remember the last time I saw someone pull out pogs.. ive seen Magic cards more than that... lol pogs was a short time in life..
