Am I going to be the first one to spoil the party by mentioning cancer research and animal research in the same sentence?
true..i don't have an account, but i use myspace often for digging up new artists through the friends webs of artists i guess it's time for him, the cancer thing sounds weird, but a good idea. he wasn't too happy about what the wax bullcrap and the bits of cutting did to them anyway, so maybe he wants to start over
i wanna see a pic of him after they've gone, ppl always look funny just after they hve got rid of dreads
Sometimes they look kinda powerful....it makes me wonder if cutting off your dreads is kinda the true point of the dready journey...
dammit amy, I never brought this up because I thought no one would understand, but it always bothered me that it was miester and not meister, cause I knew what he meant but I always wanted to pronounce it "meester"
Thanks everyone for your posts. My username was spelt that way intentionally and not poor spelling or by accident. It wasn't an excuse to get rid of them. They will be back. Thankyou for the support My grandma died of cancer, and I feel very compelled to help the people that prolonged her life, in order for her to do some things she never had time to do. I will post up the pics once they are cut, so far £47 in donations which is very good considering it's been running for about a week. I was happy, I am happy, I never look back on the time I have had my dreads and have negative thoughts, they have brought me closer to myself, and others that I couldn't imagine hair ever doing. :cheers2: To all my fellow kind dreadies, thankyou for all the help, and to others who have spread negativity among the forums, I won't miss you. Funny how the newbies change into such know-it-all's eh? *If everyone can raise a dready, and toast to the next part of life* It could be the worst decision of my life, or the most captivating. We will see. Peace. Alex.
