Take a walk around the grocery store. 90% of shelf space is devoted to pre packaged junk, mostly in some kind of plastic. It's pretty confounding when Roundup still has 40 feet of shelf space at every hardware store, yet it's a proven carcinogen that sprayed on every cornfield...

 

Bye and large, if you do most your shopping on the outer shelves of then store your buying better food. What I can't grow myself I buy organic even though it has been downgraded some by Clitons allowing more stuff t be used as organic. No longer as clean as it once was.

 

People eat such garbage and wonder, huff pufff....why.....huff puff.....I've tried everything...coff...huff...puff .. and I just can't lose any weight.... It's tragic. Plus you and I are paying for all their ailments. Seen what insulin costs lately?
