Go talk to your doctor and see if he can prescribe something. Not being able to maintain an erection is just a natural part of getting older.

Your doctor will be able to help.

Hey, I forgot to mention this in a previous ED post, but this is really important and it might be worth looking into:

I started having problems when I hit the age of 30 or so. Not huge problems, but a definite decrease in potency and how long I could keep it up. I thought it was just the years catching up to me, so I never sought out a doctor. Years later, my aging mother was diagnosed with diabetes, which made her yet another in a large family of diabetics. Most of them didn't show symptoms until later in life, at which point it started to become a major health concern.

Boom. It hit me. I was showing signs of pre-diabetes...and they came right around the time I started to lose my raging erections. So I looked it up, and this article kind of explains the conclusion I came to: http://edguidance.com/diabetes/ - that the diabetes was coming for me. Turns out that diabetes is one of the main causes of it! It could be worth checking out because it gets much, much worse than a loss of boners once it gets worse. And don't think that your level of health is a going to prevent it...I run, hike, mountain bike, and eat pretty healthy and it still caught up to me. If it's in your genes, it's gonna get you eventually.

I can no longer get a hard on due to age and health issues. If I was younger I would consult a doctor of course. But my wife and I still have an active sex life. Of course we have introduced toys into the equation. While I can't get hard I do for lack of a better term puff up a bit and can ejaculate though not in quanitities as before. I also love to go down on my wife and that is a great help. This may sound silly but recdntly I have been tying a slip knotted cord around my cock and leaving it there for a while. It seems to have improved my ability to cum more often. Cock rings did not work well and a slip knot can easily be tightened and lossened.

Eat healthy, avoid caffeine, drugs and alcohol, get exercise and see a urologist.
