Yes our government has failed us..
And some time ago I was angry with our government.
i still am.
But the facts are we have failed our selves to.
We can not place all the blame in to the hands of the government.
We must also examine our selves..

I agree with that entirely. However, it is virtually impossible for any individual these days to "take back" power from the government. In the early days of our country, it was possible, not these days. Our leaders are buying their position in society and power, and there is just no way to overcome that without tremendous struggle.

I don't like to blame anybody. Blame is a scapegoat to not getting things done.
But if we truly HAVE to blame somebody, It's we the people.

It's in our rights, in the B.O.R., The Constitution, it is what our very country was funded on, that if certain individuals, or a group of individuals take advantage of their power; See to it. We are all standing/sitting here, politically aware of all that goes on. All the injustices happening, yet we don't do anything about it.

People don't care enough nowadays to be politically aware. They are too caught up in their mundane, get money type of lifestyle. WAKE UP PEOPLE.

We need to do something about it, and fast. Before we hit rock bottom as the Roman Empire did.

Yes you heard me correctly. Nothing to be proud of. We have freedoms (if you can even call them that?) granted, we should be grateful yes; but Proud of?? No.
This is the type of stuff you should expect from a civilized country. The stuff going on in our country, is the stuff you SHOULDN'T expect in a civilized, well economized country.

In fact, we are setting an example to all other countries.
"How a Democracy is supposed to look like." you know students usually fall short.

most of our "freedoms" (anything that might enable Us to cause revolutionary change) have been stripped away. our votes don't count for shit because they aren't being counted. we live in a 2 party democratic facade. Someone is to blame, and these people are beyond accountability due to the subtlty of their moves over the generations going back a few hundred years. Our money is damned near worthless and becoming more so each day. Our civilization has to fall to fit into the new one world economy. despite our efforts we cannot avoid this fact. Hunter Thompson refferred to us as "The Doomed Generation". Everyday i watch the news and read the paper his title for us seems to make a little more sense.

The polititions the suck , lol but we voted them in there.
We cus about the news ,and its metaling. Theres never anything good on, but we dont shut that Bitch of do we.No!!

The only branch of military I would consider joining would be the Coast Guard......Which a LOT of people overlook. I don't think that would be a bad gig at all. I have family in the National Guard, Army, Air Force, and a few drinking buddies in the Marines (and ex Marines). I wouldn't recomend any of it unless you wanted to be a mechanic, which also isn't that bad of a job if you land the right position.



But look into the Coast Guard for really, that is if you don't mind gettin wet

Not because it's the right or wrong thing to do, but because you'd be able to see for yourself.
