This petition is for legalizing public nudity all over the united states of america and finally allowing people to dress or not dress the way they and as much or as little as they want. Hopefully this will lead to people being able to live the lives they do now but completely naked if they so choose without fear of penalty. I hope it will lead to more body confidence, more body acceptance, establish a realistic image of what a normal body looks like, and normalize nudity and eliminate the sexual connotations that people see in it. You only have 49 states to go. It’s legal to be publicly nude in Vermont... WTF: Why Is Public Nudity Legal in Vermont But Public Disrobing Isn't? Also, in New York State, it’s legal for a woman to go topless in any environment where it is appropriate for a man to be topless (e.g., a beach). Nevertheless you can cruise public beaches in NY all you like, and you are unlikely ever to see any bare breasts.
