Trish, the question you need to ask yourself is how much pain and suffering you're willing to tolerate. It sounds to me like jail is the least of your problems.

 

Atleast if you go, it'll be for assaulting an officer....the other inmates will respect you.

After I read this by Peanuts, I agreed with her 100%. She is right. I'm just too trusting of a person. That is why I would of helped her if I could. But, sometimes it takes someone else to see "The Big Picture"...................

No, I guess I haven't posted like that before but I felt it was time to say something to Trish.

Trish you know your an alcholic and a drug addict. You know that when you do these things nothing good comes of it. Your married but you sleep with other men. Granted that is non of my business but you post about it quite often. I don't have any respect for you. You put yourself in these ridiculous situations and then you cry for help A person can only cry wolf so many times before no one hears them anymore.

There is help out there for you if you want it but I don't think you want it. Maybe for a day or two but you are very quick to go back to selfish ways.

Anyone who were to give you money I think needs their head examined. You need to find a way to work this out yourself and stop feeling sorry for yourself. Maybe once that happens you can get your shit together and have a better life for yourself. I honestly hope that is the path you choose.

People can change, if they want it bad enough.

No matter what, she fucked up. I get so sick of people blaming everyone else for their fuckups and expecting others to bail them out. No matter how good of a lawyer she gets, it won't really make a difference. I don't think assault on an officer is taken too lightly.

okay, i do apprieciatte the kind words and advice that some people have given me....

i must say though- by some people telling me that they dont believe me (when this is the worst thing that's ever happened to me), by telling me id use the money for something else...WHAT!?!?!? that was like the second time i drank in two months and now i regret it more then anything. im NOT drinking again, i will sell my car and get a decent lawyer and hopefully ill be okay.

im not coming back here ever again. this place just isnt for me anymore...many of you dont understand me at all. i know i have an alcohol problem and im sorry i came here asking for help so i dont go to jail for two plus years. fuck it. some of you people are fucking assholes...including you, peanuts- btw, i do not cheat on my husband.. i have one time and i have regreted it and dan and i have reconsiled things. so, peanuts... i know you're perfect and everything but just because you're little miss pefect, does not mean you know everything and can judge anyone. get off your pedestal... actually, i dont care... cause i am done here. between what peanuts said and people not believing me or thinking i am lying..that's it. i was here for more then two years- i had my share of friends, enemies, good convos, good arguments, learned a lot...this place will always have a special place in my heart but this is the last straw.

I agree with Mike. It's not about insurance anymore like you had once said. You need to go NOW before you get another impulse to do something else thats stupid.

Actually with your history and what your facing this would probably work for you once you got out of rehab. The judge might see that you took your situation seriously and made the effort yourself to get help without having someone, like an Officer, escort you to the ER.

anyways, i dont know why im still posting here but after i finish this cup of coffee i am done.

my case is gonna state how i just wanted to know why i was getting arrested and would not get into the car until they told me. at that point, they throw me to the ground and twisted my arm back and put cuffs on me tight and kept re-tightening them. (that's where in the statement that they said i kicked a cop.... i dont think i did but if i did, it was an accident cause i was in pain and if my foot kicked it wasnt to intentionally kick anyone... "hence the words knowingly and willingly")

and yes...that i am an alcoholic and that i was going to AA for over two months and had a slip-up and cant control my drinking. i was drunk in public and i reallly want to get help and hopefully my lawyer will recommend AA and/or counseling....

i have other reasons why i should have the charges dropped or lowered so we shall see....
