i hope you find yourself a good criminal defence lawyer. if you do, they can prolly make a deal and you will walk with some probation time. as for fighting it and showing photos of the bruses its really your (a drunks, no offence but thats how they will be looking at you) word agnst the cops. man i have been pistol whipped by local police, so it could have been worse. either way go get a good lawyer. best of luck with that....

Durrrr. For those who missed the point, I have never cheated in a serious relationship that I planned on following through with. I've cheated on ONE long term relationship and that was at the end after she fucked everybody and their dad. Not that it made it any better, but I wouldn't, ever again, even allow myself to be in that position. Meanwhile you find yourself laying naked with men in hotel rooms and telling past flames how much you miss them etc.

(and im not trying to say this makes me not at fault at all, cause it doesnt)- have you ever had the living hell beat out of you a few times by the only person you loved and trusted in the whole world? wanted to work it out?- not know where to go or maybe love yourself enough?- well, that was me when that begain. i was with dan for more then THREE years and never once even thought of another guy until he started that shit... then i went down into my depression and not giving a fuck about him.

we are going to counseling and working things out.

Funny because I"m probably one of the few guys that will admit to getting my ass kicked for roughly two years. She'd punch me in the eye, punch me while I layed down, kicked me in the groin, told me she cheated on me JUST to hurt me because she was mad. She'd tell her family who I loved more than anything that I hit her, and I never ever did. She'd tell me to get out of her mothers home and spit in my face when her mother invited me over at times. So yes, I do know what its like. DO YOU know what it's like for somebody to fuck your friend, punch 4-5 times in the face for breaking up with them, and THEN spend the night comforting them tellign them you wont give up just because they have problems. Do you know what it's like hating your life because you're so miserable but you love the person sooooo much you work and work and work even though they make no effort or progress? I think your husband knows what that's like.
