just a suggestion - I would check out norml's website. they have lawyers listed for pretty much everywhere. now these lawyers deal mainly with drug arrests, but chances are they probably are or know of good lawyers for your situation as well.

I've heard good things I don't know what kind of cases they take though. I know they take a lot of womens rights cases and harrassment cases so maybe if you call them and say you felt like you were being harrassed?

dont try to insult me. What I said is that everyone just said awww your not a bad mom and that was the end of it but the first reply was my paypal account is at .......... and most replies after. Most everyone here acts like they dont have money when really, they are just selfish, until, of course, it comes to a situation like this.

did you read through it? not everyone in here has sympathy for the situation...some do...some dont...and some just wanna make up songs

 

I think that accidents can happen so easily and cops can take advantage and have too much power. You never know how easily you can be in someone else shoes so it's not nice to make fun.

but honestly...i have been arrested two times and found humor in both situations...i am just like that

I fi were you i would take pictures of all the bruises/wounds that you got. than when you get a lawyer he can use that against the cops and all saying that they had wrongly abused you or since you supposedly kicked the cop in his balls he can say that it was self defense. I would definetyl find a really good lawyer for a case like this cuz alot of the time the judge is paid off for political reasons and they will hear your case but already have their decision made. and when you do get a lawyer do not talk to anyone else about your case i mean they will cause hell for you and if you do talk to someone about your case make sure your lawyer is there. these are just a few tips that i have learnt over the years of dealing with the whole court system for various things.

 

Trish get a damn good lawyer. If you dont you are fucked. Im there for you if you need to talk to someone.
