Nah, if i ever hurt him... i hardly hurt him at all. i was reading up on the law and there may be loop-whole dealing with "the injury not being severe".... that and the fact that it says willingly and knowingly...and how can they prove that when i say i didnt try it, i didnt have my glasses, was drunk, etc.

osf- it was an open relationship for a while cause we were thinking abotu divorce and decided on that.

marie- it was only open at one time... after we changed that, i cheated on him once when i was drunk. told him about it and we worked it out.

 

pennsylvania is not my state, but where I come from, those "assault on a police officer" charges generally get dropped at arraignment unless injury was caused.

 

If you can afford a good lawyer, you could probably turn the charges around onto the police
